Pam (Cheechov) Thomas is a native of Vacaville with family roots going back over 80 years. Pam has watched the growth and changes take place from a small town of 5,000 residents with a strong agriculture base to the ever growing, bay area bedroom city that we now should be very proud of. Pam is excited to be an active member of the business community involved in helping our citizens be proud of their home.
Pam first entered the real estate world in 1988 as an agent with Century 21 Hometown Properties in Woodland, Yolo County, California. She moved back to Vacaville in 1990 and continued her real estate career with Century 21 Orange Tree Properties until late 1991. She has stayed abreast of issues surrounding the real estate industry and has always felt excited to get to the right point where she can re-enter the industry as an active Realtor, and that time came in January of 2006.

Nancy Maty, a nineteen-year resident of Vacaville, loves the "small town feel" that everyone experiences while passing through or residing in Vacaville. She, her husband, Brad, and their three children enjoy the city's close proximity to San Francisco, Tahoe, the beach or the desert. Nancy's love for this community and her integrity in her work ethics are apparent to her clients as she seeks to make their sale or purchase of a home a pleasant experience. Building relationships based on trust is high on Nancy's list of priorities.
A desire to assist people in a positive way, combined with the encouragement of family and friends, eventually led Nancy to become a realtor. She entered the real estate business with experience as a homeowner claims adjuster for AAA and as a notary signing agent. To Nancy, every client is important and not just another face.
